Differentia Financial Services is a licenced financial services provider with a sole focus on short term and long term insurance.

We are dedicated to providing insurance products that are tailor made for clients and are value priced. We aspire to form a successful partnership with our clients, our staff members, and our insurance companies, that respect the interests and goals of each party.

Differentia Financial Services provides long and short term insurance brokerage services. We focus on farming, municipalities and businesses. In farms, we cover crops, livestock and farming equipment. Municipalities usually require an umbrella insurance cover. In the event of a claim, our clients know that we are there to provide assist and advice to ensure a fast and stress-free claiming process.

Siyaxola Gadu

Risk Assessor and Chief Operating Officer

He has an experience of more than 5 years in the insurance industry. He has worked as a Senior Risk Assessor for an insurance brokerage company. He is an expert in insurance related risk assessment, especially in municipalities. He holds a BSc, an honours degree and a Masters in Sciences degree with distinction from the University of the Witwatersrand. He also holds an FETC certificate (Retail Insurance NQF Level 4) from Inseta, and a SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Management Certificate from ASHREQ.

Bonolo Ramokhele

Finance Director

Bonolo is a qualified chartered accountant having completed his articles at Deloitte and Touché. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and Higher Diploma In Accountancy from Wits University in 2008 and 2009 respectively. He passed his board one and board two within the first attempt. He is a businessman and has lectured financial reporting and management accounting at the University of South Africa as well as guest lectured entrepreneurship at Wits University. He was recognized by SAICA as one of the top 35 Chartered Accountants under 35 in South Africa.

Tshepiso Molefe

Key Individual

Tshepiso is the key individual for Differentia Insure. Tshepiso holds a Bachelor of Commerce obtained from Wits University in 1995, a Certificate of Proficiency from the Insurance Institute of South Africa in 1996, Higher Certificate in Insurance and a Bachelor of Commerce with specialization in Risk Management from UNISA in 2006. The following regulatory exams have been obtained; First Level Regulatory Exam: FSPs Sole Proprietors and Key Individual in I, II, IIA, III and IV (Regulatory Exam 79118). First Level Regulatory Exam (Exam Code 76187).
